The
VISIO 76/102L is a processor only version of the VISIO plateline designed for processing letterpress plates. It is
therefore of particular interest to those who demand a flow
line type processor for letterpress plates but who already
have dryer, post exposure and exposure facilities or who
have restricted floor space.
The VISIO L comprises a washout section and an in-line
pre-dryer. Relief washout is performed by two floating orbital
brushes (plush is available as an option) followed by a single
rotary brush and a sponge roller to ensure the plate is
virtually touch dry before automatic transfer to the exit
table.
Transfer of plates through the unit is simple and
automatic using a sticky faced carrier to mount the plates.
As with most modern process equipment, all the
sequences are micro processor controlled. Operator input is
via a simple to use touch screen.
