Linea 42-60 |
The LINEA 42/60 is a robust, In Line plate processor designed
for processing solvent wash sheet photopolymer plates up to 7
mm gauge ( 0,270”) and is compatible with all type of solvent
( Chlorinated and unchlorinated ).
Combining both high plate quality and excellent
productivity this equipment has been designed with the busy
plate maker in mind being both easy to use and dependable.
Fully automated, this equipment adapts all washout parameters
to obtain the best result and will satisfy the most demanding
customers
The
LINEA 42/60 comes complete with an exit table with cold air
circulation Formation of the plate relief is carried out by four
flat brushes, positioned automatically according to the plate
parameters entered by the operator. Surface and back cleaning
is by dedicated rotary brushes fed with fresh solvent to
ensure a perfect result.
Solvent circulation is specially designed to guaranty
optimum replenishment. Even a special cleaning cycle is
included to maintain plate quality at the touch of a button.
Washout solvent temperature is settable from 20 to 50 °C and
is closely regulated by a special heater/cooler system. As
with all solvent equipment an exhaust device is fitted to
remove solvent fumes at source to avoid unwanted odors in the
working area.
The control system is based on dependable PLC
logic and touch screen. A serial port is available for local
maintenance operations by a qualified technician.
Plate transport is via a pin bar which can be easily
adapted to different pitches according to the punch standard
used. A plate punch, suitable for the LINEA, is available from
SG as separate unit.
